Thuja plicata - Western Redcedar will be collected in the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest in the length and shape you choose and carefully electroplated in copper. 

The patina is totally customizable, also please realize part of the magic of my patina process is that it never comes out exactly the same, but it has a signature look and I can achieve specific colors. But part of the magic of my pieces is that no 2 look the same ever. 

Your set is guaranteed to be a clean and strong plating that will last for a long while if properly cared for. 

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your length and shape in the options. The sizes range from 1"-4" (Not including the ear wire). These are strong but quite light, expect about 0.75-1g per inch for weight.  You can choose straight leaves, or curved. If you choose curved, the tips of the earrings will lightly curve in towards your neck.   

2. Choose your patina. I offer three basic finishes with an ombre option for each

a) Warm Copper: I will bring out warm tones and highlights in the bare copper while also offering contrast in the recesses. But the overall color will be a mix of the color of a penny and highlights of gold. 

b) Iridescent/Rainbow: This is my signature patina. It mimics that of a flame patina or an oil slick. You will get greens, oranges, Pinks, greens, silvers, and golds in a unique way each time. I'm also capable of eliminating any of these colors if you want a combination of only a few colors. But you will have to reach out right after ordering! 

c) Gunmetal grey: This will be a dark patina that has a range of dark grey, silvers and blacks. 

Ombre: If this option is selected, I will do your chosen patina in a gradient of your chosen color spectrum starting darker at the tips and moving to a lighter color at the top. So dark black to light silver for gunmetal, Penny colored to gold colored for the warm copper, and a darker rainbow color to a lighter rainbow color at the top for my iridescent patina.

3. Choose your ear wire 

a) Surgical stainless: strong, hypoallergenic, affordable. 

b) .925 sterling silver: hypoallergenic and beautifully lustrous 

c) 14k gold filled: an affordable and durable alternative to solid gold. This is not plated. There is a much thicker layer of gold applied to the base metal. They are hypoallergenic, they won't tarnish, And they are long lasting with the same beautiful appearance of solid gold 

Choose your ear wire type 

a) French hook- a classic. Comes with hypoallergenic backs for optional added security. 

b) leverback - a more prominent finding but a more secure one 

Because this item is made from plants and by hand, it will have minor variations from the photograph but will overall look very similar.
